SHOW PARENTS ARMY

In order for our show weekend to run we call on the amazing help of you guys to help chaperone and keep the performing troops in line and check during the weekend.

- Dancers over P2 will be held backstage and so we require adults to supervise these groups. You will be able to watch the group you supervise but not see the rest of the show

- Dancers P2 and under get seats to watch the show. We require a number of parents willing to sit with these groups. You will get to watch the show but your prioroty sould be with the group you chaperon as you will be on toilet runs with them and keeping them shhh

Our volunteer army will work together with breifing notes from myself to help with the running of the show. You must be willing to read and follow running order, costume lists and have kids ready at correct time for the stage.

Sign up for the show you'd like to help at along with all the info we require to assign you the correct group. PLease note we have 400 dancers! I need correct info about you and your dnacer so as I don't make a mistake.
