M-Pulsive Dance have had a busy weekend with our first Christmas events of the season. On Saturday afternoon our Musical Theatre troupe treated Christmas shoppers at a chairty event in Ednam to some festive classics. The event, organised by Sophie Douglas Hypnotherapy, raised a grand total of £522.16 for the UK Make-a-Wish Foundation, granting a little boy Jack, living with Actute Lymphoblastic Leukemia his dream to meet Santa and his reindeer. The M-Pulsive girls went down well with the crowds and had a ball getting everyone into the Christmas spirit.
ON Saturday evening it was one of M-Pulsive Dance School's favourite events of the year- The big Light Switch on in Kelso Square! This year Kelso P5, P6-7, S1 and Platinum got the much sought after slots performing on the lorry! The boys and girls were all buzzing during rehearsals and despite the bitterly cold November evening they brought with them tonnes of energy and smiles to sweep christmas cheer across the crowds. At 7pm the whole troupe of 65 dancers counted down to the lights being switched on by Santa himself and enjoyed a good old Christams sing-along!
