There is a combination excerise listed below to have a go at. Keep practicing your grapevines... step, behind step, togther and get the lift in the knees to help get good bounce.
Also practice, your two show routines with the music that you can download above.
Finish with your split stretches keeping focus on your alignment and that knee staying over your ankle.

There are combination and strength drill listed above for you to do after you cardio warm up. Please also practice split stretches once you have dome all the drills and rehaersed your routines. Duns Inters should do focussed practice on pirouettes with proper prep, strong core and legs and stepping out into ending postition for "Say You Love Me"
Melrose Inters take time to practice your group sections from Sorry and rememebr to repeat from the top at end of 4 minutes after floor section.

MINIS: should warm up, practice their show routine and do the new combination exercise that we started last week (in video) You can also play a game of Dancing Beans with them and they could practice their hop scotch step and flamingo balances.
INFANTS: warm up and focus on their two show routines. Their combination work from this term has all been added into these routines.
INFANT ROUTINE - WORD UP
ACRO CLASS: You have plenty to be getting on with at hoem Here is tonight's lesson plan to get stuck in to. You also have your pink fit cards that you can continue to work on.
Show Routines: You can MARK through the choreography but don't attempt tricks without space or supervision. Remember to thoroughly warm up backs and wrists before doing any form of back bend work.
