M-Pulsive Dance was born from a passion for performance, community, and creating a safe space where every child can thrive. What began as a small collection of classes has grown into a vibrant, welcoming school that champions confidence, creativity, and connection through dance. Founded with the belief that dance should be inclusive, uplifting, and fun, M-Pulsive has always focused on uncovering a STAR in every dancer

The classes bring so many positive benefits for the children. It keeps them active and improves wellbeing through developing skills, confidence and friendships. The show gives them a chance to shine and to experience being on stage with an audience. It's so lovely to see the pride in their faces and the enjoyment it brings.

A move from England to the Scottish Borders meant finding a new dance school for our 6 year old. 8 years later Lucy is still thriving in this positive, hard working and fun environment. She has made a great group of friends outwith her high-school who love, challenge and support each other and have each others backs, always. What a great environment Michelle at MPulsive provides for kids to learn these qualities.

My daughter started with M-Pulsive dance classes when she was 5. She absolutely loves hip hop, acro and her new class Lyrical. The classes have made a big difference in her confidence, she has made many friends (older and younger) and loves being so active. The instructors are supportive and encourage her to progress and try new things, but at her own pace. Her highlight of the year is the show... she says she enjoys that more than Christmas Day!
